My tenant is not paying the rent. Will I still pay management fees?
No. You only pay management fees on rent actually collected.
I would like to rent my property furnished. Do you offer this?
Yes, for rentals of at least one year. We do not manage short-term rentals such as Airbnb.
I live abroad. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our service is well suited to owners living abroad. You will receive your management statements by email and have 24/7 access to your documents through our online portal.
My property is already rented. Can you take over the management?
Yes. We can take over as soon as the management agreement is signed and will contact your tenant directly.
My property is in Bordeaux. Can you manage it?
Unfortunately not. We regularly visit the properties we manage, so we need to stay nearby. We therefore focus on Paris and the Île-de-France region.
