An investors' club
Urbi et Valorem brings together property enthusiasts who invest in selected opportunities. Structured as a private property investment vehicle, the club completed two acquisitions in central Paris during its first year.
Strategy
Urbi et Valorem follows a broad ESG investment strategy, including the purchase and renovation of long-occupied residential properties as well as offices and retail units that form part of the local urban fabric.
Ambition
