Financial Management

  • We receive, check and pay the building service charges.
  • On the 20th of each month, we send you a detailed management statement and transfer the amount due to you by bank transfer on the same day.
  • Each year, we send you the information you need for your French property income tax return.

Legal & Administrative Management

  • We prepare tenancy agreements and inventories, review rents, renew leases and carry out annual service charge adjustments.
  • We manage unpaid rent cases until the outstanding amount is recovered or the property is returned.
  • We give you clear and reliable advice on issues related to your property.

Property Maintenance

  • As soon as a tenant gives notice, we arrange a visit to the property to identify any maintenance or renovation work that may be needed.
  • With your approval, we arrange maintenance or renovation work, whatever the amount.
  • We manage water damage claims, visit the property when needed and represent you during insurance expert visits.

Rent Guarantee

  • No time limit
  • Rent reimbursed until the property is returned, with no maximum payout
