Choose our rent guarantee for complete peace of mind.

With this option, you continue to receive your rent even if your tenant stops paying. From the second month of unpaid rent, we handle the entire process to start the reimbursement, with no excess. You are covered until the tenant leaves the property or until the bailiff requests police assistance for the eviction.


We recommend this insurance if you have a mortgage on the property and rely on the rental income. The rent guarantee is available for residential properties with a monthly rent of up to €2,500 including service charges.

Tenant selection

As property professionals, we do not need to have each tenant application approved by the insurer. This makes the letting process faster than with a traditional insurance policy.

Rent covered until the tenant leaves the property

If the tenant stops paying, our guarantee covers you until the property is legally recovered. You do not have to handle any of the procedures: we take care of everything. Compensation is paid quarterly.

Premiums deductible from French property income

If you use the French actual-expenses tax regime, the premiums you pay each month can be deducted from your property income.
